Senior Windows Administrator to work as part of a team responsible for providing real-time help-desk support to our broad and diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in LAN infrastructure, virtualization, Microsoft server & client technologies, email platforms, mobile device management, cloud-based solutions, and LOB application support.

- Implementing and supporting technology solutions following industry best practices and all relevant standards and practices.
- Transferring technical knowledge to our team and our clients.
- Troubleshooting issues on Windows, Mac OS and Thin Clients at the hardware and OS level.
- Troubleshooting Remote Access, VPN (SSL and IPSec), cabling and routing
- User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues.
- Working to identify and eliminate recurring problems.
- Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve.
- Conducting research, attending webinars, seminars, and courses to continually improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Working as a liaison between a wide variety of vendors and clients to broker best of breed solutions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Sought:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a degree in a STEM or equivalent training/experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certifications: Cisco, Microsoft( MCDST, MCTS, MCP, MCSE), VMware, Citrix
- Strong customer service ethic.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems using a wide variety of tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team in various roles.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus.
- Willingness to work after hours on project-related work and pre-scheduled on-call support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively, professionally, and respectfully represents other Information Technology staff members, teams, and their services to business users and in-turn our clients.
- Provides support for all Information Technology products and services as well as all TriNet applications. Support may include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing customers regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy.
- Determines the most effective manner to resolve customer’s technical issue. Engages in research and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Consults with senior and management staff as well as other teams when necessary.
- Records required information in the appropriate ticketing systems. Updates records with in-depth information about work performed and documents resolution information accurately upon closure.
- Performs follow-up with end-users to ensure solutions provided meet their needs.
- Escalate to second-level support individuals/teams when required.
- Adhere to published SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Follow documented escalation process when a business escalation is received to ensure timely resolution to issues.
- Grant and remove access to new-hires, internal promotions/changes, and terminations.
- Develop and document solutions to known issues in the team knowledge-base.
- Develop training for team members and other internal colleagues.
- Actively participate in team and company projects as assigned.
